About the Project

In Spring of 2021,  LaRiviere Inc. was contracted by Spokane County to provide underground and topside improvements to Bigelow Gulch Road. The contract included topsoil, seeding, fertilizing and mulching for erosion control and environmental protective measures during construction. During construction and erosion control work we had to keep traffic moving and the road accessible, while keeping all teams safe with passing cars. So we worked westbound first and then switched to Eastbound. This is a multi-phase project with expected completion in Fall of 2021.
